From the Founder - Willow & Wells
A personal note about why this work matters
Willow & Wells was created by a registered nurse who spent years inside the places families fear most — emergency departments, high-acuity units, psychiatric crises, and the overwhelming spaces where healthcare breaks down and loved ones are left confused, scared, and exhausted.
I’ve sat with families who were never given a roadmap.
I’ve watched daughters break under the weight of caring for a parent alone.
I’ve seen spouses hold themselves together with one hand while the other held a medication list they didn’t understand.
I’ve felt the frustration of systems that send people home with instructions no human could possibly follow.
And I’ve seen the moment everything finally makes sense – when someone slows down, explains clearly, and gives people the confidence they’ve been desperate for.
Willow & Wells was born from those moments.
Not from ambition.
Not from business plans.
But from a simple truth:
Families deserve better support than the system gives them.
And nurses are uniquely equipped to provide it.
My role isn’t to replace your doctor.
My role is to help you breathe again.
To translate what others rush through.
To help you make decisions without fear.
To walk with you through the moments that feel impossible.
Thank you for being here.
You’re not alone anymore.

There's A Better Way Through This
Willow & Wells is building something for families who want clarity, steadiness and guidance – without the chaos, overwhelm or guesswork that comes with navigating care.
Services aren’t live yet.
But when it is, we’ll invite the people who’ve already found their way here first.
We’ll reach out occasionally – when there’s something meaningful to update, share, or ask.
If you’d like to be included when that happens, you can leave us your email.
